Kristina Archer iBA (Hon) J.D. Immigration Attorney Kristina is a barrister, solicitor and notary, licensed by the law society of Ontario. She earned her JD in the French Common Law program at the University of Ottawa in 2016 after graduating with an International Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Glendon College, York University. Prior to practising immigration law, Kristina practised Criminal defence, helping clients through complex criminal issues and representing them in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court. This invaluable experience helps Kristina when formulating arguments and assisting clients with their immigration cases. She now joins Akrami & Associates to put her global perspective and problem-solving skills to work in helping people with their immigration needs and making their transition as smooth as possible. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys writing, crocheting, travel, and meeting new people. She is fluent in French and English.
