Are you a business person whom is looking to make an investment or investments within Canada? Do you have business and managerial experience that will contribute to the development of our Canadian Economy? If you have answered yes to either of these questions then this program could be for you!
This program is known as a priority processing program, which means that you may have the option of being immigrated into Canada at a faster pace.
Just like most of the other immigration Programs that Canada offers, there is no guarantee of the time frame that it will take for you to immigrate to Canada. The Business Immigration program runs by priority processing which means that there is a chance that you can immigrate to Canada within a matter of months, but this does not mean that everyone applying under this program will be eligible for that.
There are two different ways in which you can apply to this program. Your options are either to apply to the Federal Self-employed Program or you can apply for the Start-up Visa.
If you are applying under the Federal Self-Employed Program you will be sending your application to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. However, if you are applying under the Start-up Visa, you will be sending your application to the same Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada.
Once you have become a Canadian Permanent Resident you are going to be able to live, work and engage in any business activities within any Canadian Province or territory of your choice.
In this case it will not matter where you initially indicated that you had planned to live on your application form. Once you have become a Canadian Permanent Resident you will have the ability to carry on your business wherever you choose within Canada.
