Looking at filing a Express Entry application? If so, it goes through a two step process, the first stage includes creating the online profile. The online profile has to be taken very seriously, because once you complete your profile it gets transferred into a pool, what this means government of Canada picks the most qualified candidate from the pool. So ensure you complete it accurately as you get ranked with your fellow peers in the pool based on your education, work experience, education, family in Canada etc. After uploading your profile, the government of Canada sends an invitation letter to applicants that seem fit to continue their permanent residency. Upon receiving the Invitation to Apply for whichever category you have been selected you have 30 days to submit all the necessary documents and receive a response within 60 days.
Remember just because you have received an Invitation to Apply does not guarantee permanent residency, so ensure you take your time filling out your application and are truthful with your credentials as you will be required to provide proof of everything you claimed in stage 1.
If you like to obtain permanent residency in Canada and are unsure if you are eligible to apply under the Express Entry route then contact Akrami & Associates to assess your chances of success.
