EXPRESS ENTRY TO CANADA
The Express Entry category is an electronic and online system that manages applications for permanent residence for certain Economic programs. The Express Entry will also facilitate a faster processing time as Canada seeks out ways to increase economic stability through immigration.

FAMILY CLASS SPONSORSHIP
If you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, you can sponsor your spouse, conjugal or common-law partner, dependent child (including adopted child) or other eligible relative to become a permanent resident under the Family Class (FC).

ECONOMIC CLASS
Economic immigrants are people selected for their skills and ability to contribute to Canada’s economy, including skilled workers, business immigrants, provincial and territorial nominees and live-in caregivers.

BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
Business Class immigrants are selected on the basis of their ability to create jobs for themselves and Canadian citizens or permanent residents, contribute capital to the Canadian economy, and stimulate economic activity.

HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE H&C
Humanitarian and Compassionate Considerations (H&C) are used for cases that do not fall under the more common applications for permanent residence within the family class or economic class. H&C cases are typically unique, complex, and exceptional and are decided on a case-by-case basis.

LIVE-IN CAREGIVER PROGRAM
The Live-in Caregiver Program facilitates the entry of qualified caregivers into Canada when employers have not been able to find Canadians to fill these positions

DENIED ENTRY TO CANADA

CANADIAN VISITOR VISA

Those who wish to enter the Canadian Labour Market must first obtain the proper authorization to do so. This means obtaining a Canadian work permit. Depending on your situation, you will typically need your employer to first obtain a positive labour market option. There are also work permits that are considered labour market opinion exempt.

CANADIAN STUDY PERMIT
Close to 100,000 students come to study in Canada every year. Depending on the nature of study, those who wish to pursue their education at an eligible institution in Canada will first need to obtain a study permit.

CANADIAN BUSINESS VISITOR VISA
A business visitor is someone who wishes to enter Canada to take part in some form of international business activity, such as a seminar or conference. Business visitors are not able to enter the Canadian labour market and therefore do not require a work permit provided they meet the requirements. Business Visitors are not to be confused with “business people,” who have different requirements.
