What is it that you are asking for?

If it is work permit ensure you include the job offer with the approved LMIA if applicable to you
If it is study permit ensure to include the acceptance letter from the designated institution
If it is a visitor visa, who are you visiting family or friends, tourism

Demonstrating Ties to your Home Country

anything that shows your intent to Canada is only temporary and will exit Canada once your visa expires such as bank statements, property you own, family obligations etc.
