Denied Entry To Canada ARC

Have you been Denied Entry to Canada due to past Removal Order from Canada? If so then you may need an Authorization to Return to Canada (ARC), if you are looking to file this application keep a few things in mind.

  • ARC application can be filed on its own, meaning you do not need to have an another document with it such as Visitor Visa, Study Permit, PR applications etc
  • if you are submitting the application on its own, you should give reasons of you the need an Authorization to Return to Canada, such as visiting family members in the future or have business responsibilities in the future, include an itinerary as it increases your chances
  • if you are applying for a PR application and were deported in the past and are getting married to Canadian citizen, you can either file the ARC application immediately or wait until the immigration officer ask for Authorization  to Return to Canada. If you file later the processing times increases, if you apply immediately you may not have good reason for them to issue you the PR

So when you should submit an ARC application is very tricky, contact Akrami & Associates today to determine best options for your situation.

With Akrami & Associates there is always a way!!
