If you wish to come to Canada for permanent residency, the federal skilled worker program is one of the ways you may do so. In order to be eligible for this program,

  • You must have had experience that is commensurate with the requirements set out in this program
  • The occupation must be a certain skill level in accordance with the National Occupational Classification
  • You must have experience in one of the eligible occupations or a valid job offer or you are a PhD student
  • You must score 67 out of 100 on an assessment based on six selection factors
  • You must show that you are financially stable enough to support you and your family
  • You have to not be inadmissible

While going through the forms and gathering your documents, you may find yourself overwhelmed with all the time and effort it takes to have a complete application package. You may want to retain a legal representative but cost may be a major barrier for you.

At Akrami & Associates, we offer a solution!

Instead of a legal representative, we offer Do-It-Yourself application kits that will give you the knowledge to accurately complete your application. The kit will provide you with a step-by-step guide from the beginning of the federal skilled worker application until the completion of it.

In addition to be more affordable than a legal representative, when you buy an application kit, one of our legal professionals will review your application at the end. Another added benefit is that, if you find you still require a legal representative to assist you, we will apply your kit fee over to the legal fee. This way, you can always assess which is a better option for you at no additional costs!

To find out more, contact Akrami & Associates today, one of our team will gladly answer any concerns you may have.
