PNP British Columbia Business Immigration Process

There are 9 steps involved when applying as a business immigrant for permanent residency for the province of British Columbia, these steps include:

  1. gathering and submitting the documents
  2. documents are assessed by the immigration officer
  3. go for an interview if you pass the approval stage (non visa exempt countries include that letter with your visitor visa application)
  4. sign contract if you agree upon the terms
  5. PNP officer will issue a Work Permit once you the sign the contract
  6. ensure you have transferred the correct funds to start your investment
  7. implement your actual business plan that was submitted originally with your application and make a final report to PNP
  8. if you satisfied the conditions in your agreement the province will give you a final PNP Nomination
  9. once your received your nomination you can apply for your PR application
