Visitor Visa to Canada also known as Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is one of the most difficult applications to get approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The reason for this is that many temporary visitors have overstayed their welcome stay in Canada and therefore it has become even more difficult to get approved. The immigration officer looks at the following when applying for Visitor Visa to Canada:

• Why Canada
• demonstrating ties outside of Canada (anything that will connect you back to your home country such as family, bank statements, property, school, work, letters from family members in your home country that you will come back, two way ticket etc)
• how long you will be staying in Canada
• how will you support yourself financially during your time of stay
• depending on your time of stay you have to show sufficient funds for entry and when you exit (showing you are able to buy your ticket back home)
