Visitor Visa also known as Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is required from a person(s) that comes from non-visa exempt country such Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and many more that wish to wish enter Canada for temporary basis. If you do require a Visitor Visa the first thing you need to consider is ties to your home country. What this means for higher chance of success with your application you need to demonstrate that your intent to Canada is only temporary. This can be done by showing ample amount documents that will connect you back to your home country such as property you own, family responsibility you may have, bank statements, employment, travel history and much more.

Another key element for obtaining a Temporary Resident Visa is showing you have sufficient funds to care of yourself while in Canada and sufficient funds for your departure from Canada. If you have an inviter in Canada that is willing to sponsor your stay, you should include documentation that reflects this.
