If you have been Denied Entry to Canada, it means that you have been found inadmissible. There are several reasons that a person might be considered inadmissible to Canada, the most common reasons include previous criminality, medical inadmissibility, or having violated immigration regulation. When it comes to be considered inadmissible to Canada you can apply for what called a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP). TRP is a temporary document that will allow you to overcome your inadmissibility for temporary basis.
Depending on the reason for your inadmissibility you will have to include relevant supporting documents to support your case, an officer will assess need vs. risk when considering your application. This basically means that they will weigh the pros and cons of allowing you to enter Canada and any risk you may pose to Canadian citizens or permanent residence.
If you have an urgent travel need the Temporary Resident Permit can be obtained at a Port of Entry by submitting the application on the spot. It is recommended that you already have an application in process at the consulate level prior to making attempt at the border as it helps ease the officer when considering your application.
If you have an inadmissibility issue to Canada such as a DUI, Felony, Misdemeanor, Misrepresentation and like to know how you can overcome your situation then give us a call. The representative will assess your situation and determine the best options available to you.
