Important Documents for Spousal Sponsorship Video

Important Documents for Spousal Sponsorship Video

When you are filing a spousal sponsorship application, there are many important documents that must be included within the application. Also, in this video, spousal sponsorship will also consider Common-Law Sponsorships and Conjugal Sponsorships. For each of these sponsorships, there are different types of documents that would need to be submitted. For instance, for a spousal sponsorship, the marriage certificate will be a required document that you need to provide for the application. For the common-law sponsorship, the common-law declaration will be a required document that you need to provide for the application. Lastly, for conjugal sponsorships, because you cannot be married or in a common-law relationship, the required document would be evidence to prove that the relationship is genuine and in a marriage-like commitment, despite the distance between the couple. For more information on the most important documents that need to be submitted for spousal sponsorships, please watch our video in its entirety.
