If you have applied for spousal sponsorship and your application has been refused, do not worry as there are still two ways you can go about your situation. Depending on whether you applied from inland or overseas, your options vary. If you are an inland applicant you do not have the right of appeal however you may ask the officer for reconsiderations or resubmit your application. If you are an overseas applicant, you have the opportunity to either appeal or (like the inland applicant) ask for reconsideration or submit a new application.
In the situation where you want to urgently sponsor your spouse, you should choose to submit a brand new application just due to the fact that appeals are a lengthier process than if you just submit a brand new application.
