With the Spousal application there is many documents that you have to include. Obviously you can contact us and we can create a specific document check list that pertains to you. With every application there are four most important documents to be submitted when submitting a spousal sponsorship application. Without that we don’t recommend that you submit your application.
The first is obvious, it is the marriage certificate, remember that those who come from different cultures and so forth such as the Nikaah. The nikaah is not marriage certificate filing it by itself will not be accepted by Citizenship and immigration Canada. So doing the Nikaah obviously demonstrates genuineness in your relationship but make sure you also get a marriage certificate that is recognised in your home country.
The sponsor must include a medical examination, so make sure you include the medical receipt to demonstrate that a medical examination has been done. Once you have completed your medicals the results will be send to citizenship and immigration Canada by the medical practitioner in which the immigration officer can retrieve results from. All you have to ensure is that you include the original receipts to demonstrate that the sponsor has done the medical examination and the person that your trying to sponsor has done the medical examination.
The obvious document and possibly most crucial one as well is the genuineness of the relationship. Collect as many documents as is necessary to demonstrate that this is a real marriage and not a marriage of convenience will essentially make or break the application.
If you’re looking at filing a spousal sponsorship application give us a call so we can help you compile a strong application for approval. Looking forward to your call.
