There are two main things that you should consider before filing a spousal sponsorship. The first things to prove that is you will be required to prove your identity, by doing so it will show that you are who you say you are. You also have to prove that your relationship is genuine. In order to prove that you are who you say you are, that you are in a relationship that you are applying for spousal sponsorship.
There are a few documents that you should submit as well, these documents could be both birth certificates of you and your spouse, your passport data page, things like marriage certificate, even a divorce certificate if it applies to you.
For proof of your relationship and showing that your relationship is genuine, you would want to submit phone records, photos of you and your spouse together, photos of you and family and friends. It would also be beneficial to your application to include a personal statement. This personal statement will include how you met, where you met?
