As with any government application, there are required documents you will have to provide along with your application. The required documents would be the LMIA application itself, the LMIA forms (A, B, C, and E. Completing the forms can be a very lengthy and confusing process so if you need any assistance at all, please consider contacting Akrami and Associates to speak to one of their educated and experienced legal representatives.
The application is divided into high skill and low skill. You need to make sure you are completing the correct application that applies to your skill level. If you fail to do so, your application may be returned to you unsuccessfully and you have to fill out the application form all over again.
You will also have to prove to the officer that you tried to recruit Canadian citizens/permanent residence and in order to do so, you might want to take a picture of your job posting. Some documents which most people forget to include along with their application are business documents that demonstrates you have a real, legitimate business.
If you need any assistance with your LMIA application, please do not hesitate to contact us and book your consultation today!!
