The first people you want to consider hiring for your posted job are Canadian citizens and/or permanent residents. There are a number of ways you can encourage citizens and permanent residents to apply for the job posting such as increasing pay, employee referrals, offer them part time and/or flexible hours etc. There is a full list of how to encourage citizens and permanent residents to apply for your job posting, this list can be found on the cic (citizenship and immigration Canada) website.
Yu will need to be fluent in either French or English to apply for the job posting in Canada, the wage must be posted at the minimum requirement. One of your job posting must be posted on job bank Canada. The minimum number of postings you must meet is 3, but the more job postings you do the more stronger your application becomes.
