Kamal Akhtar is a dedicated lawyer specializing in immigration law at our firm. He obtained his Master of Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a Postgraduate Diploma in Immigration Consulting with Honors, equipping him with the expertise necessary to adeptly handle the complexities of the Canadian immigration system. Kamal is a licensed lawyer regulated by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) and holds memberships in several prestigious organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Ontario Bar Association (OBA), Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA), and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Driven by a commitment to continuous professional development, Kamal has pursued a robust educational path. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce, he qualified as a licensed Tax Practitioner and completed a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting with distinction. His passion for law led him to earn a Bachelor of Laws, while his interest in technology prompted him to obtain another Master’s degree in Information Technology. His pursuit of knowledge brought him to Canada, where he furthered his education with a Master’s in Law from Toronto.
