Open Work Permit Pilot Project
The Open Work Permit Pilot Project was launched in Dec 22 2014. What is the open work permit pilot project you may ask yourself. Well, the open work permit pilot project allows an individual who has a Canadian spouse or partner to work. It allows foreign people in Canada to continue to have the opportunity to work while waiting for their sponsorship application to be finalized.
The open work permit pilot project applies to inland applicants only. The most important aspect/main purpose of this project is to be more time smart and be more efficient and convenient for the person. It will be more convenient for the person him/herself because he/she is basically "killing two birds with the same stone."
