PNP FAQs
The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) are designed in way that once your application gets approved the applicant will continue to reside in the province they have received their nomination for. So, when you start your application as the applicant you need to demonstrate that your intent is to remain in the province by showing what you have established in the province such as bank accounts, family, property, anything that ties you to that province. If you do not have anything to show then you can write a letter of why you have chosen that province and what your intension are should your PR approved.
It is recommended to remain in the province you got nominated for until you receive your citizenship. Should you decide to leave the province prior to your citizenship ensure you include why your intensions changed and that your intent was to remain but due to circumstances you needed to leave the province.
