When it comes to submitting a temporary application such as Visitor Visa, Study Permit or Work Permit there are two things to keep in mind and these include:

What is it that you are asking for?

  • If it is  work permit ensure you include the job offer with the approved LMIA if applicable to you
  • If it is study permit ensure to include the acceptance letter from the designated institution
  • If it is  a visitor visa, who are you visiting family or friends, tourism

Demonstrating Ties to your Home Country

  • anything that shows your intent to Canada is only temporary and will exit Canada once your visa expires such as bank statements, property you own, family obligations etc.
