Canadian Citizenship Application for Minors

Are you applying for Canadian citizenship for a minor child? A minor child is a child that is under the age of majority, the age of majority here is 18 and the child would then have to be 18 years old. In order to apply for your minor child that child must be under the age of 18 at the time of the application, that child must not be under any removal order and that child has to be a Permanent Resident of Canada. At least one parent of that child or at least an adoptive parent of that child has to be a Canadian citizen, if the parent is not a citizen they would have to become citizen at the same time as that child.
